The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority may contract with\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services to maintain grounds\n\nand for housekeeping, maintenance and repair of properties under the\n\njurisdiction of the Authority.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority and the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall contract with the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety for security and law enforcement\n\nservices in all facilities under the jurisdiction of the Authority\n\nor Department within the State Capitol Park in Oklahoma City.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority shall provide\n\noffice and operations space for Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices functions.\n\nD. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nestablish accounts for the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, by building or other improvement, as the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services considers necessary to\n\nproperly account and identify receipts and expenditures related to\n\nconstruction, repair, maintenance, insurance and other operating\n\nexpenses of buildings and improvements owned, used or occupied by or\n\non behalf of the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority, where the\n\nservices are carried out by contract with the Authority.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"be8f03979287a6e8b311dee4cbe71d20aea26b6ee886f3e90f86b879be2e5b1e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-172","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-174"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
