There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, to be\n\ndesignated the \"1995 Tourism Bond Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all revenues generated pursuant to the provisions\n\nof Section 178 of this title, which are not otherwise committed for\n\nother lawful purposes. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department for purposes of retiring\n\nthe debt created pursuant to Section 178 of this title.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB. Any revenues generated pursuant to Section 178 of this\n\ntitle, and not expended for purposes of meeting the requirements of\n\nsubsection A of this section, may be expended for paying the\n\noperations and maintenance expenses for facilities created pursuant\n\nto Section 178 of this title.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department shall submit\n\nan annual report to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives, and the Governor detailing\n\nthe revenues generated and detailing the operating and maintenance\n\nexpenses in the previous fiscal year which are attributable to the\n\nrepairs, refurbishments and improvements to Oklahoma Tourism and\n\nRecreation Department properties pursuant to Section 178 of this\n\ntitle.
