In addition to any other authorization provided by law, the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to utilize\n\navailable funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by\n\nSection 187B of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in the amount of\n\nTwenty-seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($27,500,000.00)\n\nfor the benefit of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to\n\nconstruct, refurbish, or expand the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation headquarters and related facilities.\n\nB. LCF Recapitalization Payments shall be made related to the\n\ndistribution of proceeds provided in subsection A of this section,\n\nin accordance with the provisions of the Legacy Capital Financing\n\nAct.\n\nC. The Authority may distribute funds authorized pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section in one or more tranches.\n\nD. The Authority may enter memoranda of understanding with\n\nagencies, departments, and subdivisions of the state as needed, to\n\nfacilitate the provisions of this act, provided that such memoranda\n\nof understanding do not constitute a legal obligation of the State\n\nof Oklahoma or impede the administration of the provisions of the\n\nLegacy Capital Financing Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d0616c85b9b4bd1633a9cb30bab86972c5282814954ef9e62af216e6663c4d51","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-187a-10","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-187a-12"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
