In addition to any other authorization provided by law, the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to utilize\n\navailable funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by\n\nEnrolled House Bill No. 1002 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the\n\n59th Oklahoma Legislature, in the amount of Seventy-nine Million\n\nDollars ($79,000,000.00) for the benefit of the Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity Veterinary Medicine Authority (OSUVMA) created pursuant\n\nto Enrolled House Bill No. 2863 of the 1st Session of the 59th\n\nOklahoma Legislature to construct, refurbish, or expand animal\n\nteaching hospitals and related facilities.\n\nB. LCF Recapitalization Payments shall be made related to the\n\ndistribution of proceeds provided in subsection A of this section,\n\nin accordance with the provisions of the Legacy Capital Financing\n\nAct.\n\nC. The Authority may distribute funds authorized pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section in one or more tranches.\n\nD.
