In addition to any other authorization provided by law, the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to utilize\n\navailable funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by\n\nEnrolled House Bill No. 1002 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the\n\n59th Oklahoma Legislature, in the amount of Forty-six Million\n\nDollars ($46,000,000.00) for the benefit of Oklahoma Historical\n\nSociety to facilitate the construction, repair and rehabilitation,\n\nand improvements to real and personal property related to existing\n\nOklahoma Historical Society facilities.\n\nB. LCF Recapitalization Payments shall be made related to the\n\ndistribution of proceeds provided in subsection A of this section,\n\nin accordance with the provisions of the Legacy Capital Financing\n\nAct.\n\nC. The Authority may distribute funds authorized pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section in one or more tranches.\n\nD. The Authority may enter memoranda of understanding with\n\nagencies, departments, and subdivisions of the state as needed to\n\nfacilitate the provisions of this act, provided that such memoranda\n\nof understanding do not constitute a legal obligation of the State\n\nof Oklahoma or impede the administration of the provisions of the\n\nLegacy Capital Financing Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"829e7e06e2a6ccb8f1617ac4ed5c4c67241003a68ef79f7dc844f6bd260f0a6c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-187a-2.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-187a-4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
