In addition to any other authorization provided by law, the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to utilize\n\navailable funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by\n\nSection 187B of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in the amount of\n\nEighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000.00) for the benefit of the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma to construct, refurbish, or expand teaching\n\nand research laboratories and facilities for chemistry, biosciences,\n\nscience, technology, engineering, and mathematics degrees.\n\nB. LCF Recapitalization Payments shall be made by the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma related to the distribution of proceeds\n\nprovided in subsection A of this section, in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of the Legacy Capital Financing Act.\n\nC. The Authority may distribute funds authorized pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section in one or more tranches.\n\nD.
