In addition to any other authorization provided by law, the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to utilize\n\navailable funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by\n\nSection 187B of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in the amount of\n\nEighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000.00) for the benefit of Oklahoma\n\nState University to construct, refurbish, or expand facilities\n\nutilized to provide education in the fields of life sciences.\n\nB. LCF Recapitalization Payments shall be made by Oklahoma\n\nState University related to the distribution of proceeds provided in\n\nsubsection A of this section, in accordance with the provisions of\n\nthe Legacy Capital Financing Act.\n\nC. The Authority may distribute funds authorized pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section in one or more tranches.\n\nD.
