There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services to be known as the\n\n\"Oklahoma State Capitol Building Repair and Restoration Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies deposited to the fund\n\npursuant to law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended only for the\n\npurposes authorized by subsection B of this section. Expenditures\n\nfrom said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State\n\nTreasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB. Monies in the Oklahoma State Capitol Building Repair and\n\nRestoration Fund shall be expended for the repair and restoration of\n\nthe Oklahoma State Capitol building upon the recommendation of the\n\nLong-Range Capital Planning Commission and separate from the annual\n\ncapital budget as referenced in Section 901 of Title 62 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. Upon the Legislature's determination that the\n\nrepair and restoration of the Oklahoma State Capitol building is\n\ncomplete, any remaining monies in the Oklahoma State Capitol\n\nBuilding Repair and Restoration Fund shall be transferred to the\n\nMaintenance of State Buildings Revolving Fund established in Section\n\n61.7 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there shall be\n\napportioned to the Oklahoma State Capitol Building Repair and\n\nRestoration Fund from the monies that would otherwise be apportioned\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 2352 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, revenue derived pursuant to subsections B, C and\n\nD of Section 2355 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, a sum of\n\nSixty Million Dollars ($60,000,000.00) for each of the fiscal years\n\nbeginning on July 1, 2013, and July 1, 2014.
