Stat. tit. 73, § 73-301.1","heading":"Sale of real property associated with the Lincoln","body":"Boulevard Renaissance Project.\n\nThe Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is hereby authorized\n\nto sell parcels of real property associated with the Lincoln\n\nBoulevard Renaissance Project in Oklahoma City, whether acquired\n\nfrom the proceeds of bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of\n\nparagraph 4 of subsection A of Section 301 of this title or from\n\nother sources; provided:\n\n1. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, with advice from the Construction and Properties Division\n\nof the Office, determines the parcel or parcels of land to be not\n\nuseful for construction of a state office building because of lot\n\nsize, location or other applicable factors;\n\n2. The sale of the parcel or parcels is approved by the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority;\n\n3. Restrictions are placed on the use of any such parcel sold\n\nto assure it will not conflict with or be detrimental to the\n\ndevelopment of the remainder of the Lincoln Boulevard Renaissance\n\nProject;\n\n4. The parcel or parcels are sold in compliance with procedures\n\nfor sale of state land set forth in Sections 327 and 327.1 of Title\n\n61 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or the parcels may be transferred for\n\nthe purpose of further development to the Commissioners of the Land\n\nOffice for no less than the appraised value and no less than the\n\namount required to fully satisfy the proportionate amount of\n\noutstanding bonds on the parcels to be transferred; and\n\n5. In the opinion of the State Bond Advisor, the sale of such\n\nland will not adversely affect the tax-exempt status of the Oklahoma\n\nCapitol Improvement Authority State Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series\n\n1999A or any other bond issue, the proceeds of which were used to\n\npurchase or acquire such land.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b95382ef85dbe26c79fcc7da79aa1d2f692abcd410967fa3d82a6e74ed9b8345","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-301","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
