Stat. tit. 73, § 73-311","heading":"Issuance of revenue bonds","body":"The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is hereby authorized\n\nto issue revenue bonds for the purpose of funding capital projects\n\nfor the State Department of Corrections in a total amount not to\n\nexceed Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) with debt retirement\n\npayments to be made by the Department. The issuance of such bonds\n\nshall be subject to the provisions of subsections D, E, F, G and H\n\nof Section 301 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
