The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority shall allocate\n\nthe sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($4,300,000.00) from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund for purposes\n\nof the design and construction of the State Capitol Arch, the\n\npurpose of which is to honor and memorialize the services performed\n\nby the Oklahoma National Guard.\n\nB. The State Capitol Arch shall be constructed upon the\n\nfollowing described parcel of real property:\n\nA tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the\n\nNorthwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township\n\nTwelve (12) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian,\n\nOklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as\n\nfollows: COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the NE/4 of said\n\nSection 27; thence S00°07'01\"E along the West line of said NE/4 a\n\ndistance of 1436.71 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence\n\nN89°50'42\"E a distance of 123.31 feet; thence S04°59'53\"W a distance\n\nof 309.96 feet; thence S89°50'42\"W a distance of 194.19 feet; thence\n\nN05°20'12\"W a distance of 309.98 feet; thence N89°50'42\"E a distance\n\nof 126.71 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 68,567.88\n\nSquare Feet or 1.574 Acres, more or less.\n\nC. The State Capitol Preservation Commission shall enter into\n\ncontract with such person, persons, or lawfully recognized entities\n\nas may be required in order to construct the State Capitol Arch\n\naccording to preliminary design documents as prepared by the\n\nArchitect of the State Capitol.\n\nD.
