Stat. tit. 73, § 73-402","heading":"State Capitol Arch Maintenance Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the “State Capitol Arch Maintenance Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services from appropriations,\n\ndonations, gifts and bequests by individuals, corporations,\n\norganizations, associations and foundations provided for the purpose\n\nof maintenance of the State Capitol Arch. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\nthe purpose provided for in this section.
