Stat. tit. 73, § 73-403","heading":"State Capitol Arch Memorial Statue Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) to be\n\ndesignated the “State Capitol Arch Memorial Statue Revolving Fund”.\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by OMES from\n\nprivate donations, gifts, grants, or other sources of private\n\nfunding provided for the purpose of installing and maintaining\n\nveteran memorial statues around the State Capitol Arch. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by OMES for the purpose provided for in\n\nthis section.
