The records and journals of each house of the Legislature\n\nrequired by the Constitution of Oklahoma to be kept and preserved\n\nreflecting the yea or nay vote of each member entered in all votes\n\ntaken by the Legislature or the disclosure of any personal or\n\nprivate interest in any measure or bill pending before the\n\nLegislature shall be available, at all reasonable times, to\n\ninspection by the public.\n\nB.
