Stat. tit. 73, § 73-83","heading":"Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning District -","body":"Creation and boundaries.\n\nThere hereby is created an improvement and comprehensive\n\ncommunity zoning district to be known as the \"Capitol-Medical Center\n\nImprovement and Zoning District\", to embrace all that portion of the\n\nState of Oklahoma situated within the following described boundaries\n\nas shown by the plats and records on file in the office of the\n\ncounty clerk of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma: Beginning at the point\n\nwhere the center of Northeast Twenty-third Street intersects the\n\nEast line of the present right-of-way of the A.T. and S.F. Railway\n\nCompany, THENCE Southward along said right-of-way to the point where\n\nthe North line of property abutting on Northeast Sixteenth Street\n\nintersects said right-of-way, THENCE Eastward along the said North\n\nline of property abutting on Northeast Sixteenth Street to the point\n\nwhere said line intersects the West line of North Stiles Avenue,\n\nTHENCE Southward along said West line of North Stiles Avenue to the\n\nNorth line of Northeast Eighth Street, THENCE Eastward along said\n\nNorth line of Northeast Eighth Street to the West line of North\n\nLottie Avenue, THENCE Northward along the West line of North Lottie\n\nAvenue to the center of Northeast Fifteenth Street, THENCE Westward\n\nalong said center of Northeast Fifteenth Street to the West line of\n\nNorth Kelley Avenue, THENCE Northward along the West line of North\n\nKelley Avenue to the center of Northeast Thirtieth Street, THENCE\n\nWestward along said center of Northeast Thirtieth Street to the West\n\nline of North Walnut Avenue, THENCE Southward along said West line\n\nof North Walnut Avenue to the center of Northeast Twenty-third\n\nStreet to the point of beginning; whether or not said land, or any\n\npart thereof, shall be within the incorporated limits of any city of\n\nthe first class.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e731866cd051ab3a492d81a45850aba4d140c531d12e4cff7bc1df503cbd2c45","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-82.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-83.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
