There is hereby re-created to continue until July 1, 2030,\n\nin accordance with the Oklahoma Sunset Law, a Capitol-Medical Center\n\nImprovement and Zoning Commission to exercise the functions and\n\nperform the duties hereinafter prescribed.\n\nB. The Commission shall be composed of eleven (11) members as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices or his or her designee, who shall be ex officio chair of\n\nthe Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission;\n\n2. The Director of the Transportation Commission or his or her\n\ndesignee;\n\n3. The President of the University of Oklahoma or his or her\n\ndesignee;\n\n4. Two members appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate;\n\n5. Two members appointed by the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives;\n\n6. The Chair of the Planning Commission of Oklahoma City or his\n\nor her designee;\n\n7. The Chair of the Long-Range Capital Planning Commission or\n\nhis or her designee; and\n\n8. Two members of the Commission appointed by the Governor,\n\nwith the advice and consent of the State Senate, for four-year\n\nstaggered terms with one term expiring on January 31 of each even-\n\nnumbered year.\n\nC. The Commission is authorized to appoint and hire a Director,\n\nwho shall serve as the chief administrative officer of the\n\nCommission, and other necessary personnel. The Attorney General of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma shall be the legal advisor to the Commission\n\nin the same capacity as he or she is to other boards and\n\ncommissions.\n\nD.
