There is hereby created a Citizens' Advisory Committee to\n\nthe Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission, the\n\nmembers of which are selected by the Capitol-Medical Center\n\nImprovement and Zoning Commission pursuant to a procedure\n\nestablished by the said Commission. Such Committee shall consist of\n\nnot less than ten (10) nor more than fifteen (15) members, all of\n\nwhom shall reside in the area regulated by the Commission or be\n\nproperty owners therein.\n\nB. One member of such Committee, selected by vote of the\n\nCommittee, shall be recommended to the Governor to serve as one of\n\nthe members of the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning\n\nCommission. One alternate Committee member, selected by the vote of\n\nthe Committee, shall be recommended to serve as a designee of the\n\ngubernatorial appointee to the Commission.\n\nC.
