Stat. tit. 73, § 73-83.2","heading":"Authority of Commission over zoning and utilization of","body":"property - Location and design of improvements.\n\nThe Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission,\n\nafter adoption of a master comprehensive plan as hereinafter\n\nprovided, shall have exclusive authority over the zoning and\n\nregulation of the utilization of all property in the above described\n\nDistrict and no planning or zoning commission of any subdivision of\n\nthe state thereafter shall have any authority or jurisdiction within\n\nsaid area. The Commission also shall have authority to approve or\n\ndisapprove the location and design of any improvements hereafter to\n\nbe placed upon any land within said District, and no improvement\n\nhereafter shall be placed upon any land within said District, unless\n\nthe location and design thereof shall be approved by said\n\nCommission. The word \"improvements\" as used in Sections 82.1\n\nthrough 83.11 of this title shall include but not be limited to (1)\n\nbuildings, including additions to and alterations thereof, (2)\n\nhighways and thoroughfares, and access facilities thereto, (3)\n\nparking lots and facilities, and (4) all other construction or\n\nerections whatsoever, except that the word \"improvements\" shall not\n\ninclude existing municipal streets, alleys or utility services, nor\n\nthe maintenance or improvement thereof, except insofar as the same\n\nserve state buildings or are located upon state land.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6f6b0ca388bc461db0343d855723ea1483f89cbaaaebb4b53f247b9dd5dd19b3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-83.14","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-83.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
