Stat. tit. 73, § 73-83.9","heading":"Appeals","body":"Any person aggrieved by any rule, regulation, decision or order\n\nof the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission, or\n\nof the Director thereof, may appeal to the district court of\n\nOklahoma County by filing a petition in said court and serving a\n\ncopy thereof on the Director of the Commission. No bond shall be\n\nrequired for such appeal but costs may be required in the district\n\ncourt as in other cases. Filing of such appeal shall in no respect\n\nsuspend the operation of any such rule, regulation, decision or\n\norder; nor shall the district court order any such suspension until\n\nfull hearing. The district court may require the certification to\n\nit, by the Commission, of all papers, records and documents\n\nconstituting the record of the Commission in respect of such matter.\n\nNo rule, regulation, decision or order of the Commission, or of the\n\nDirector thereof, shall be suspended or set aside by the court\n\nunless the same, after hearing, shall be determined to be without\n\nauthority of law.
