Stat. tit. 73, § 73-97","heading":"Violation","body":"Complaints for the violation of any of said regulations\n\npromulgated by the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall be filed with the municipal court of the\n\nCity of Oklahoma City, and said court shall exercise jurisdiction\n\nover the same. Any person found guilty by said court of violating\n\nany of said regulations shall be punished by a fine in a sum not\n\nexceeding Twenty Dollars ($20.00), inclusive of costs. Each\n\nviolation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Appeals\n\nmay be taken in the same manner as appeals from said court in cases\n\ninvolving violations of city ordinances. In such cases the City of\n\nOklahoma City shall receive One Dollar ($1.00) as costs, and one-\n\nhalf (1/2) of the fine collected.
