The Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration\n\nCommission shall submit a financial report of the activities of the\n\nCommission to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate by\n\nMarch 31, 2008. The financial report shall include a summary and\n\naccounting of all centennial projects and activities funded by the\n\nCommission, the final budget for the Commission, a list of any\n\noutstanding or anticipated obligations, and the anticipated balance\n\nof any monies remaining after July 1, 2008, in any funds designated\n\nfor the Commission.\n\nB. Upon termination of the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and\n\nCentennial Commemoration Commission on July 1, 2008, any remaining\n\nrights and responsibilities of the Commission, including the rights\n\nand responsibilities of the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial\n\nCommemoration Commission Revolving Fund created in Section 98.5 of\n\nTitle 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be transferred to the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce.
