There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration\n\nCommission to be designated as the \"Oklahoma Historic Capitols\n\nPreservation Act Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall consist of all monies that are received by\n\nthe Commission from appropriations or donations for historic capitol\n\nbuilding projects pursuant to the Oklahoma Historic Capitols\n\nPreservation Act.\n\nC. The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations. Expenditures from the fund shall be for expenses\n\nrelated to any authorized activity of the Commission pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Historic Capitols Preservation Act and shall be made\n\npursuant to law and without legislative appropriation. Warrants for\n\nthe expenditures from the fund shall be issued by the State\n\nTreasurer against claims signed by an authorized employee of the\n\nCommission and approved for payment by the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services.\n\nD. The Commission may use monies in the fund to provide\n\nmatching grants to applicants that have jurisdiction over an\n\nhistoric capitol building for an historic capitol building project\n\nor to provide the State Historic Preservation Officer, created by\n\nSection 354 of Title 53 of the Oklahoma Statutes, funds to assist\n\nthe Commission in administering the program.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9ea6c274f9b043c1bda05a2f403e58462708dd518b0a1f7c79c8ddc8be58b36b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-99.14","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
