Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1006","heading":"Approval of agreements","body":"In the event that an agreement made pursuant to this act shall\n\ndeal in whole or in part with the provision of services or\n\nfacilities with regard to which an officer or agency of the state\n\ngovernment has constitutional or statutory powers of control, the\n\nagreement shall, as a condition precedent to its entry into force,\n\nbe submitted to the state officer or agency having such power of\n\ncontrol and shall be approved or disapproved by him or it as to all\n\nmatters within his or its jurisdiction in the same manner and\n\nsubject to the same requirements governing the action of the\n\nAttorney General pursuant to Section 4(f) of this act.
