Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1052","heading":"Governor as ex officio member - Assistant","body":"The Governor shall be, ex officio, this state's member of the\n\nSouthern Interstate Nuclear Board as established by Article II of\n\nthe Compact. Provided, that whenever the Governor shall deem it\n\nadvisable to do so he may appoint an assistant in the Governor's\n\noffice or the executive head of any state department, agency or\n\ninstitution as this state's member of the Board, and thereafter such\n\nappointed member shall serve on the Board at the pleasure of the\n\nGovernor.
