Stat. tit. 74, § 74-110.1","heading":"Inventory by Office of Management and Enterprise","body":"Services.\n\nA. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nmaintain a current inventory of tangible assets owned by state\n\nboards, commissions, institutions, agencies and the institutions\n\ncomprising The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education and the\n\nUniversity Hospitals Authority.\n\nB. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall have authority to promulgate rules to implement the\n\nprovisions of this section.\n\nC. For entities included in subsection A of this section, the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nspecify a tangible asset reporting threshold for each entity, not to\n\nexceed the federal capitalization rate specified in the Office of\n\nManagement and Budget Circular A-21 or future federal circulars or\n\nregulations as amended. When establishing the tangible asset\n\nreporting threshold for an entity, the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall consider the entity's\n\ncapability to provide tangible asset records, finance and accounting\n\nsystems, inventory accuracy and other pertinent factors.\n\nD. Tangible assets shall consist of machinery, implements,\n\ntools, furniture, livestock, vehicles and other apparatus that may\n\nbe used repeatedly without material impairment of its physical\n\ncondition and have a calculable period of service and a value\n\nexceeding the reporting threshold the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services establishes for the entity.\n\nE. Rules that the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services promulgates shall cause all tangible assets to\n\nbe properly coded, tagged, or marked in such a manner that they may\n\nbe readily identified as property of the State of Oklahoma and that\n\nstatistical records may be maintained.\n\nF. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services may make\n\nperiodic checks of tangible assets of entities listed in subsection\n\nA of this section. All entities will make support personnel\n\navailable to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to\n\nreport tangible asset acquisitions, assist with identification and\n\nupdate inventories on a periodic basis.\n\nG.
