All state agencies shall maintain inventory records of its\n\nmotor vehicles. The records shall include:\n\n1. A detailed description of each vehicle, including its\n\noriginal cost;\n\n2. The vehicle identification number;\n\n3. The license tag number;\n\n4. The make, model, and year of the vehicle; and\n\n5. A designation of loaned or leased vehicles and the name of\n\nthe vendor.\n\nB.
