Stat. tit. 74, § 74-111","heading":"Office of State Printer abolished - Duties transferred -","body":"Letting contracts.\n\nThe office of State Printer is hereby abolished, and the duties\n\nnow provided by law to be performed by the State Printer and the\n\nState Printing Department shall be performed by the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services. The Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall supervise and contract for all public\n\nprinting and binding authorized by the Legislature, for the\n\nGovernor, Supreme Court, and the several state institutions, state\n\nofficers, or any state board or commission, created pursuant to the\n\nlaws of the state.
