Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1121","heading":"Indian Cultural Center Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury the \"Indian\n\nCultural Center Revolving Fund,\" which shall be a continuing fund\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations. Said fund shall consist of\n\nmonies appropriated thereto by the Legislature, proceeds from the\n\nsale of products and other business operations of said center and\n\nmonies donated, granted or otherwise acquired by said center.\n\nExpenditures from said Indian Cultural Center Revolving Fund, herein\n\ncreated, shall be used exclusively for purchasing raw materials,\n\nitems for resale, personal services, equipment, supplies,\n\nconstruction, renovation and repair of said center and shall be made\n\non claims approved by the Division of Parks, Recreation and\n\nWaterways. The Division of Parks, Recreation and Waterways is\n\nhereby authorized to accept for and on behalf of the Indian Cultural\n\nCenter contributions, gifts, bequests, devises, donations and other\n\nmonies, public and private, and tangible articles for use in\n\nfurthering the purposes of the center.
