Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1153","heading":"Oklahoma members of commission - Participation in","body":"activities - Reimbursement for expenses.\n\nIt is hereby provided by the law of the State of Oklahoma that\n\nupon the establishment of such multistate regional commission or\n\ncommissions, referred to in Sections 1151 and 1152 hereof, the State\n\nof Oklahoma member of such commission or commissions shall be the\n\nGovernor of the State of Oklahoma and the State of Oklahoma\n\nalternate for such commission or commissions shall be the Director\n\nof the Oklahoma Industrial Development and Park Commission. The\n\nparticipation of said state officials in the activities of said\n\ncommission or commissions, attendance at meetings thereof and\n\nrelated functions in connection therewith, shall be a part of the\n\nregular and official duties of said state officials, to be performed\n\nwithout additional salary or compensation to them from the State of\n\nOklahoma, except that travel and related expenses of said state\n\nofficials in connection with such added duties shall be reimbursed\n\nby the State of Oklahoma the same as is now provided by law for\n\nreimbursement of such expenses in connection with the official\n\nduties of said state offices.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8030c9fac083a3c316ae4baf3b5e45321945410c9e4cd7132d2664594e12b1c7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1152","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-12001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
