Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1206","heading":"Transfer of powers, duties, functions, and","body":"responsibilities.\n\nA. On the effective date of this act, all powers, duties,\n\nfunctions, and responsibilities of the Oklahoma Indian Affairs\n\nCommission shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Native American\n\nLiaison created in Section 2 of this act. Except as otherwise\n\nprovided for in this section, the transfer shall include all real\n\nproperty, buildings, furniture, equipment, supplies, records,\n\nassets, current and future liabilities, fund balances, encumbrances,\n\nobligations, and indebtedness associated with the Oklahoma Indian\n\nAffairs Commission.\n\nB. For purposes of this section, the Oklahoma Indian Affairs\n\nCommission shall mean the Oklahoma Indian Affairs Commission as\n\ncreated in Section 1201 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. Appropriate conveyances and other documents shall be\n\nexecuted by January 1, 2012, to effectuate the transfer of property\n\nowned by the Oklahoma Indian Affairs Commission to the Oklahoma\n\nNative American Liaison.\n\nD. Any monies accruing to or in the name of the Oklahoma Indian\n\nAffairs Commission on and after the effective date of this act, or\n\nany monies that accrue in any funds or accounts on and after the\n\neffective date of this act, in the name of the Oklahoma Indian\n\nAffairs Commission or maintained for the benefit of the Oklahoma\n\nIndian Affairs Commission, shall be transferred to the Oklahoma\n\nNative American Liaison.\n\nE.
