Notwithstanding any other provision relating to the\n\nauthority of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to\n\nenter into a private land sale agreement with the Northeast Eight\n\nInter-Tribal Council to secure title to the former land of the\n\nIndian and Hard Rock Mining Museum Commission, which has by law been\n\ndeemed as a state reservation for the benefit of said Inter-Tribal\n\nCouncil subject to the restrictions and covenants set forth in\n\nSection 1225 of this title.\n\nB. The purpose of this section is to provide for the transfer\n\nof title to the Inter-Tribal Council in such manner that the\n\nSecretary of the Interior of the United States can immediately place\n\nit in federal trust for the benefit of the Northeast Eight Inter-\n\nTribal Council.
