Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1225","heading":"Sale to Northeast Eight Inter-Tribal Council -","body":"Restrictions and covenants.\n\nThe restrictions and covenants of the private land sale\n\nagreement authorized by Section 1 of this act shall include, but not\n\nbe limited to, the following:\n\n1. A provision prohibiting the grantee, any subsequent grantee\n\nor lessee, or any other person or entity from using the subject land\n\nfor purposes of operating or permitting to be operated any bingo\n\ngames, rip off games, pull tab games or any other gaming activities\n\nor any type of pari-mutuel wagering; and\n\n2.
