Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226","heading":"Purpose","body":"In order to promote the history and culture of Native Americans\n\nfor the mutual benefit of the State of Oklahoma and its Indian and\n\nnon-Indian citizens, there is hereby created the \"Native American\n\nCultural and Educational Authority\", which Authority is hereby\n\nauthorized and empowered to construct, maintain, repair and operate\n\na Native American cultural center, museum and theme park, along with\n\ncommercial facilities as defined by Section 1226.3 of this title,\n\nwithin the State of Oklahoma as shall be approved by the Authority\n\nand to issue revenue bonds of the Authority payable solely from\n\nrevenues to pay the cost of such projects.
