Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226.1","heading":"Revenue bonds - Obligation","body":"\n\nRevenue bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall not\n\nat any time be deemed to constitute a debt of the state or of any\n\npolitical subdivision thereof or a pledge of the faith and credit of\n\nthe state or of any such political subdivision, but such bonds shall\n\nbe payable solely from the funds therein provided therefor from\n\nrevenues. Such revenue bonds shall contain on the face thereof a\n\nstatement to the effect that neither the state nor the Authority\n\nshall be obligated to pay the same or the interest thereon except\n\nfrom the revenues of the project or projects for which they are\n\nissued and that neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of\n\nthe state or any political subdivision thereof is pledged, or may\n\nhereafter be pledged, to the payment of the principal of or the\n\ninterest on such bonds.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2563be89bf386bece3814033674914a756479943a75fe7f6df30b570b3c97b22","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1226","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1226.10"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
