Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226.14","heading":"Endowment fund - Scholarships - Expenditure","body":"limitations.\n\nThe Authority is hereby authorized to create an endowment fund\n\nfor the purpose of providing educational or vocational scholarships\n\nto members of federally recognized Indian tribes located in the\n\nState of Oklahoma.
