Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226.17","heading":"Native American Cultural and Educational Authority","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) to be\n\ndesignated the \"Native American Cultural and Educational Authority\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations. The fund shall consist of all monies authorized\n\nby law for deposit in such fund including but not limited to\n\nappropriations, gifts, grants, private donations, fee revenues and\n\nfunds by governmental or tribal government entities. Monies\n\ndeposited or apportioned to the credit of the fund may be expended\n\nfor the purposes authorized by law.
