Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226.20","heading":"American Indian Cultural Center and Museum Completion","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority\n\n(Authority) to be designated the \"American Indian Cultural Center\n\nand Museum Completion Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Authority. The fund shall consist of monies\n\nreceived by the Authority in the form of nonstate and nonfederal\n\ndonations, contributions, gifts and bequests for the purpose of\n\ncompleting the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum (AICCM).\n\nMonies deposited to the credit of the fund shall only be expended\n\nfor the purpose of completing the AICCM.\n\nB.
