Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226.22","heading":"American Indian Cultural Center and Museum","body":"Postcompletion Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority\n\n(Authority), to be designated the \"American Indian Cultural Center\n\nand Museum Postcompletion Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Authority. The fund shall consist\n\nof monies received in the form of state appropriations and\n\nunexpended operational funds remaining to the Authority upon its\n\ntermination as provided for by Section 1226.2 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
