Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1226.4A","heading":"Native American Cultural and Educational Authority -","body":"Contractual agreements.\n\nWith respect to approval of agreements for the planning,\n\nconstruction, development, operation, maintenance, and\n\nadministration of commercial facilities which support, enhance, or\n\ncontribute to the American Indian Cultural Center, the Native\n\nAmerican Cultural and Educational Authority, notwithstanding any\n\nother provision of law, may enter into contractual agreements\n\nwithout approval from the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, and the provisions of the Public Building Construction and\n\nPlanning Act, Section 202 et seq. of Title 61 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes and Sections 60 through 65 of Title 61 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall not apply.
