Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1253","heading":"Temporary interchange of employees authorized","body":"(a) Any department, agency, or instrumentality of the state is\n\nauthorized to participate in a program of interchange of employees\n\nwith departments, agencies, or instrumentalities of the federal\n\ngovernment, or another state, as a sending or receiving agency.\n\n(b) The period of individual assignment or detail under an\n\ninterchange program shall be negotiated on an annual basis. Details\n\nrelating to any matter covered in this act may be the subject of an\n\nagreement between the sending and receiving agencies.
