Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1254","heading":"Status of employees of sending agency","body":"(a) Employees of a sending agency participating in an exchange\n\nof personnel as authorized in Section 3 may be considered during\n\nsuch participation to be on detail to regular work assignments of\n\nthe sending agency.\n\n(b) Employees who are on detail shall be entitled to the same\n\nsalary and benefits to which they would otherwise be entitled and\n\nshall remain employees of the sending agency for all other purposes\n\nexcept that the supervision of their duties during the period of\n\ndetail may be governed by agreement between the sending agency and\n\nthe receiving agency.\n\n(c) Any employee who participates in an exchange under the terms\n\nof this section who suffers disability or death as a result of\n\npersonal injury arising out of and in the course of an exchange, or\n\nsustained in performance of duties in connection therewith, shall be\n\ntreated, for the purposes of the sending agency's employee\n\ncompensation program, as an employee, as defined in such act, who\n\nhas sustained such injury in the performance of such duty, but shall\n\nnot receive benefits under that act for any period for which he is\n\nentitled to and elects to receive similar benefits under the\n\nreceiving agency's employee compensation program.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"eb6288db8ca18e5c3e725f6e011e2d2b69f100368cca7975453a36c7e5f894a8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1253","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1255"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
