Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1255","heading":"Travel expenses - Per diem","body":"A sending agency in this State may, in accordance with the\n\ntravel regulations of such agency, pay the travel expenses of\n\nemployees assigned to a receiving agency on either a detail or leave\n\nbasis, but shall not pay the travel expenses of such employees\n\nincurred in connection with their work assignments at the receiving\n\nagency.
