There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated as the \"Oklahoma Alternative Fuels Conversion Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services pursuant to Section 130.5 of\n\nthis title.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the revolving fund\n\nshall be expended by the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices to reimburse expenses relative to the conversion of\n\ngovernment vehicles and school vehicles to have the capability of\n\nbeing fueled or charged by alternative fuels and/or the expenses\n\nrelative to the installation of a fill station or charge station.\n\nThe maximum amount expended per vehicle shall be the actual cost of\n\nvehicle conversion or Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), whichever\n\nis less. The maximum amount expended per fill station or charge\n\nstation shall be the actual cost of the installation or Three\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00), whichever is less. The\n\nbalance on deposit in the fund shall never exceed the sum of Five\n\nMillion Dollars ($5,000,000.00).\n\nC.
