Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1307.1","heading":"Change of primary care physician within HMO","body":"No employee or dependent who participates in a health\n\nmaintenance organization (HMO) through the Oklahoma Employees\n\nInsurance and Benefits Act shall be denied the right of changing the\n\nprimary care physician to any other primary care physician within\n\nthe HMO. The employee or dependent shall notify the HMO in writing\n\nof any change in the choice of primary care physician forty-five\n\n(45) days in advance of the change by certified mail with return\n\nreceipt requested.
