Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1308","heading":"Enrollment in Plan","body":"(1) Any employee eligible for membership in the health\n\ninsurance plan, dental insurance plan or life insurance plan upon\n\nits effective date shall be enrolled in the plan unless the employee\n\nelects not to be enrolled within thirty (30) days of the effective\n\ndates. The employee shall be advised of health maintenance\n\norganization (HMO) prepaid plans available as an alternative to the\n\nstate self-insured health insurance plan. The Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority shall establish the procedure by which eligible employees\n\nnot electing to be enrolled initially in the health insurance plan,\n\ndental insurance plan or life insurance plan may be subsequently\n\nenrolled.\n\n(2) Any eligible employee who is employed after the effective\n\ndates of the health insurance plan, dental insurance plan and life\n\ninsurance plan or HMO plans approved by the Authority may become\n\nenrolled on the first day of the second month of employment.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ddeedf5dc5a393f9b3f082c1c34cfa5d2691d3d57c142c563aaeed210d900c79","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1307.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1308.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
