Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1312","heading":"Health and Dental Insurance Reserve Fund","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided by law, all employee and\n\nemployer contributions, appropriations and dividend payments related\n\nto the health and dental plans administered by the Chief Executive\n\nOfficer of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall be deposited in\n\na fund in the State Treasury which is hereby created and which shall\n\nbe known as the Health and Dental Insurance Reserve Fund. The money\n\nin such fund shall be invested by the Oklahoma Employees Insurance\n\nand Benefits Board in the manner specified in Section 1305.1 of this\n\ntitle. Investment income of the fund shall be added to the fund.\n\nMoney payable to the claims administrator and all expenses in\n\nconnection with the plans shall be paid from the fund.
