Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1312.1","heading":"Revolving fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a Revolving Fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Plan. The\n\nrevolving fund shall consist of funds transferred from the Health\n\nand Dental Insurance Reserve Fund and the Life Insurance Reserve\n\nFund for operational expenses of the state health and life insurance\n\nplan and monies assessed from or collected for and due a health\n\nmaintenance organization (HMO) as approved by the Oklahoma Health\n\nCare Authority. Expenditures from said funds shall be made pursuant\n\nto the laws of the state and statutes relating to the plan.
