Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1312.2","heading":"Life Insurance Reserve Fund","body":"(1) There is hereby created in the State Treasury, the Life\n\nInsurance Reserve Fund. Except as otherwise provided by law, all\n\ncontributions, appropriations, transfers, dividend payments, and\n\ninvestment income of the fund received from or for the benefit of\n\nthe life insurance plan administered by the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority shall be deposited in the reserve fund.\n\nThe monies in said reserve fund shall be invested by the\n\nOklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Board in the manner\n\nspecified in Section 1305.1 of this title. The Board shall have\n\nresponsibility for management of the fund.\n\nMoney payable to the claims administrator and all expenses in\n\nconnection with the life insurance plan shall be paid from the\n\nreserve fund.\n\n(2) All monies in the Life Insurance Reserve Fund that are\n\nreserves for the health and dental plans administered by the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority shall be transferred to the Health\n\nand Dental Insurance Reserve Fund on July 1, 1989.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d5120f4890b93ded7d6fb4dfe577bc1c49a0c5fb2827c87313f533e6a8b39d71","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1312.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1312.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
