Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1312.3","heading":"Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Clearing","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury, the Oklahoma\n\nEmployees Insurance and Benefits Clearing Fund. The monies paid to\n\nthe Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Clearing Fund pursuant\n\nto Section 1310 of this title shall be distributed as follows:\n\n1. The first Thirty-one Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($31,500,000.00) received after July 1, 1991, during the fiscal year\n\nbeginning July 1, 1996, shall be distributed to the Oklahoma State\n\nRegents for Higher Education; and\n\n2.
