Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1314.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 1 through 5 of this act:\n\n(a) \"Agency Plan\" means the health insurance program offered by\n\nthe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission to its employees as of\n\nthe effective date of this act. The Agency Plan presently conforms\n\nto the Federal Plan;\n\n(b) \"State Plan\" means the health insurance program provided\n\nfor state employees pursuant to the State and Education Employees\n\nGroup Insurance Act;\n\n(c) \"Federal Plan\" means the health insurance program provided\n\nfor federal employees upon which the Agency Plan is based, and is\n\nmore specifically defined in 5 CFR Ch.1, PART 890--FEDERAL EMPLOYEES\n\nHEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM, as may be amended from time to time, and\n\nrepresents the standard against which the State Plan is to be\n\nmeasured to determine material differences for purposes of securing\n\nthe supplemental health insurance for which provision is made in\n\nthis act; and\n\n(d) \"Commission\" means the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5c64319bb63ec7d652baacaffbbe49733acb1ffaaa032970759caa8543743a6f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1314.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1314.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
